The Role

• Global Communication Manager responsible for leading a dynamic, multinational communications team across three global entities (Japan, US, Europe)
• Craft compelling narratives that translate complex technical concepts into accessible stories for diverse audiences including retail investors, government stakeholders, media, and international partners
• Develop integrated PR and investor relations strategies that highlight the company's innovative projects and missions
• Manage communications for critical upcoming missions, leveraging a creative and adaptive approach to global brand storytelling

Your Skills

• Minimum 10+ years in corporate communications, brand communications, or PR
• Native or business-level bilingual capability in Japanese and English
• Proven experience managing international, cross-cultural teams
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical content into compelling narratives
• Strong background in global team collaboration with multicultural awareness
• Preferably with experience in B2B, tech startup, or high-tech industry communications
