A global leader in advanced materials supporting the semiconductor industry is seeking an FP&A Manager for its flagship business unit. The company develops and manufactures high-precision components essential for next-generation semiconductor production, supplying major manufacturers worldwide with cutting-edge technology solutions.

The Role

You will lead financial planning and analysis for a core technology business that plays a critical role in global semiconductor manufacturing.
This position partners closely with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, product cost analysis, and strategic decision support.
The role also collaborates with global finance teams, supports new investment evaluations, and contributes to the standardization and improvement of management accounting processes. Some domestic and international travel is expected.

Your Skills

• Experience in FP&A or accounting/finance within the manufacturing industry (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and cost accounting.
• People management experience (leading teams of 3+).
• Business-level English and fluent Japanese.Logical thinking, communication skills, and ability to partner with global teams.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is an advantage.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA/CFA) are welcome.
