求められる経験
■Requirements
・10+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
・5+ years of experience in a production site environment.
・Proven experience leading mid-sized projects.
・Expert knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules.
・Strong experience in production planning and scheduling.
・Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
・Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
